The comission membership is comprised of five positions with individuals that are appointed by the five local municipalities.  The 2024 Board Membership is as follows:

The Shiawassee Airport Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 6PM in the Owosso Community Airport Terminal Building.

The meetings follow the Rules of Organziation and Procedure as approved by the Shiawassee Airport Board.  Meetings are open to the public. The 2024 Notice of Public Meetings areas follows:
